An early growth-hormone-releasing hexapeptide that stimulates GH secretion and strongly increases appetite. Not approved for human use.
Benefits
Why it is used: raises GH/IGF-1 and drives a large appetite increase useful for bulking. Human data are limited.
Risks
Unapproved; pronounced hunger plus cortisol and prolactin rise, water retention, tingling, and raised blood sugar. Unregulated purity; banned in sport.
