These Terms govern your use of Neurotransmission (the "Site", https://neurotransmission.net), operated by Neurotransmission. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account.
- You choose a unique handle and are responsible for activity under your account
- Provide accurate information; do not impersonate others.

The Site is informational and educational only and is not medical advice. See the Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
3. User content
- You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, comments, ratings). By posting,

4. Community rules
You agree not to:

- manipulate ratings, reviews, or votes (e.g. vote brigading, sockpuppets);
- attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the Site.
Reviews must meet the 1,000-character minimum. We use community signals and moderation to manage content: comments may be held for review when their upvote:downvote ratio falls below 2:1 (once they have enough votes), and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, and original content are owned by Neurotransmission or its licensors. Third-party material (e.g. book metadata, research abstracts) belongs to its owners.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurotransmission is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on community-generated content.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of- law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
