Rhodiola rosea
Rhodiola rosea is an adaptogenic herb used for fatigue and stress. Several small randomized trials suggest it may reduce mental fatigue and stress symptoms and improve subjective well-being, but studies are small and of variable quality. It is generally well tolerated over short periods.
