Trenbolone(HARMFUL)
A potent veterinary anabolic-androgenic steroid (a 19-nortestosterone derivative) with no approved human use, abused by bodybuilders for rapid muscle and strength gains and a "hardened" look. Roughly three to five times the anabolic and androgenic potency of testosterone.
Benefits
Why it is abused: users report dramatic gains in lean mass, strength, and muscle density with little water retention, and it does not convert to estrogen. These are unverified anecdotal claims, not approved therapeutic benefits.
Risks
No approved human use. Severe cardiovascular strain, aggression and mood disturbance, insomnia and night sweats, poor cardio tolerance, progestogenic gynecomastia, suppression of natural testosterone, and infertility. Illegal without a prescription and banned in sport.
