CBD
CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-intoxicating cannabis compound. Strong evidence supports a purified prescription form for certain rare, treatment-resistant epilepsies, but popular claims for anxiety, pain, and sleep rest largely on preliminary or preclinical data. It is generally well tolerated, though it can interact with other medications by inhibiting liver enzymes, and over-the-counter product quality varies widely.
